Follow these steps to spend $30, get $35 back and have a google mini
1. Buy a google mini from google express, choose walmart as the store (see link). If you buy on black friday it's $30
https://express.google.com/about/express25/
2. When you get your mini, it will ask you to link to your walmart account. if you don't have one, create one on walmart.com. As soon as you link, you get a $25 coupon to spend on google express
3. Then go to google expess and place an order with walmart. On checkout you can apply your $25 coupon.
4. extra: If you are a new user to google express, you will get an extra $10 off your first order of $40 or more, with free shipping.
So you spent $30 and got coupons of $35 and yes you got a google mini for free!!!

This plan is flawed. Because it will take at least three or four days to get the google home.

By that Time Black Friday Will be over.

Google Express prices don't always reflect the actual merchants pricing online or in store. You have no clue if this pretend deal will even show up on Google Express until the date of the sale. Google Express has also been known to change prices after you place an order.

This is true, although it does state "You'll never be charged more than the listed amount" next to the "Estimated Price" field. I've found their support team to be helpful in the past, so I'm sure they'll correct any such issues if you should encounter them.

On a related note, you cannot combine discounts/promotions in Express, so it's not possible to use the $10 of $40 and the $25 credit in the same order.

You are correct about the 2 promos in one order. I disagree with Google support being helpful. They seem to offer almost zero help anytime I ask them a legitimate question. They consistently blow me off and then just hit the "is there anything else I can help you with" button repeatedly without resolving my issues.

I take it $30 would be the in-store price? It's not a bad plan, but I don't think Google Express delivers on Black Friday (for obvious reasons). At least I don't remember them doing similar last year when I thought to get Black Friday pricing through them.

I've never had my price changed to a higher amount after ordering, have had the price change to a lower amount numerous times (a trick I use to avoid the minimum shipping at Costco by ordering on the Wednesday night before their sale starts on Thursday).

I've contacted support maybe three or four times and they've always been helpful. One was a wrong order received, replaced by the next day. Another one was a missing item, again it was resolved with a credit of the item.

Google Express is just a store front now, it's not delivery only anymore where Google Express shows up to deliver items. I ordered a Mini from Walmart through Google Express and Walmart shipped it to me.

In some cases it's even further removed- I ordered a SmartThings hub and sensor via the Google Express Walmart page and it's being drop-shipped by Ingram Micro.

Does Google Express have a minimum purchase for using the $25 coupon?

No, but it's only good for a single transaction. So if you buy one item for $3.50, the rest of the coupon is wasted.
