Looks a lot like the Home Depot Liberty Garden 300 ft. Four Wheel Industrial Hose Cart [homedepot.com] for $114 but if you look closely:
the BCP one has the handle on backwards compared to the HD,
the BCP reel axle is mounted below the bars with a clamp, The HD is mounted above the bars with a pillow-block bearing
the BCP has 4 spoke, flat metal, the HD has 6 wire spokes like bike spokes.

I'm not familiar with bestchoiceproducts.com. Are they considered a reputable retailer?

I'm in. Thank OP. I'd been looking for a robust hose reel at a reasonable price for a long time.

If you plan on rolling this around much don't buy it!!! I have one just like it and moving it cause it pull on the water hose connection. It blew out in roughly a year. Threw it in the garbage.

???????? I'll use mine to store my hoses instead of using a cheap plastic ones that can't hold barely a 100 ft hose, p.s. I'll then pull out what approx. length I need and use. Then in the fall I'll roll it into garage or shed till spring, Those plastic ones fall apart trying to wheel around for storage.

Nice find! I'm all set up for watering all our Hugelkulturs next spring! Front page worthy, if it works as advertised and doesn't rust! I might add a clear coat before using it, just in case.
