Some older Sirius satellite radios may not be capable of receiving the free listening channels. This trial offer was a popular Frontpage deal in August and May. -Corwin

They seem pretty desperate for customers. The sad thing is I'd actually consider them except their sound quality is abysmal.

I would never pay for this, since the sound quality is absolutely garbage; but I'll take the free trials when they're available. If for nothing but an additional listening option in the car. Thanks for the heads up, OP.

No joke. Sounds way worse than the supposedly inferior HD Radio. In fact, sounds about on par with AM HD Radio, which is about half or less the bitrate of FM HD Radio.

It's for every SXM radio unit, and should work automatically tomorrow.

Same here, they offered me $5 a month but I still can't stand the quality. It's just bad even if you have high end sound system in your car.

It's actually worse if you have a high-end system Big Grin. The audio stream is horribly low-bitrate. Unless I'm mistaken, the highest possible bitrate for this system is 64kbps.

You're right. A high-end system would actually yield more noise and distortion ...
