Quality wise, both are Samsung entry level sets and provide an average picture. As long as your expectations are in line with a $400-500 TV, you will like it.

Thanks, was curious because ku has been cheaper over the last couple months for the 55".... what's a 43" have to do with a deal on a 49" & 55"?
