Well, except for all the places that have blade length laws.

If anyone wants to know. Just watched YouTube videos on this knife and the Kershaw also on the Frontpage.

It appears the main difference is that this one is much more difficult to open one handed. The assisted button only opens it about half way before you have to open it the rest manually. The Kershaw's button opens it fully immediately.

Overall length of 6.35 inches with a blade length of 2.75 inches.

Technically legal to carry in LA county but the price point is why im not worried if it gets confiscated.

I use knives to strip cat5 and open boxes a lot.

I wasn't aware size restrictions was for the entire knife overall, thought it was the blade?

It's the length of the blade.

Besides, if the knife is used for work, no one would question you

Anything too big, you have to "open carry"

I got a 15% off coupon too, so it came out to be $7.84.

OK, I must be a Redneck. Where I live in the mountains of Virginia you barely have to have a license for a handgun. And that's really only if you go to the big box stores. They could care less about our knives. This is tiny compared to what I normally carry. I never knew that your knife could get taken as a weapon unless you were in a fight maybe. And then only until after Court.
And there probably isn't much crime up there in those mountains.

Not as many issues here in Florida as well.

How's this compare to the Kershaw Pico Pocket Knife w/ SpeedSafe.

Looking to get the gf a knife that is portable and for protection.

this is a great g.f starter knife. easy flip open finger trigger, as well as a thumb flick knob. its just right sizewise. she will be comfortable carrying it around. not to mention it's a sharp mofo right out if the box. I have three.

There's not law about blade length. An illegal knife is a "Dirk or Dagger". That means its a fixed blade, unsheathed, and concealed. The blade length is a myth
