Here's the manufacturer's info page [cyberpowersystems.com] for the non-recon unit. And they do list the battery as being non-replaceable.

I don't trust Tiger direct anymore. They leaked my customer data which lead to fraud attempts.

IMO: I would be careful with refurbished cyberpower UPSs. Cyberpower had a bad batch of batteries which were bursting into flames (there was a number of reviews on amazon/newegg in which cyberpower admitted they found the underlying cause). I would be wary buying refurbished as these could be from that batch. But as always YMMV.
