This is a nice price for this coffee maker. Some features include a delay brew timer to set the brew time ahead, grab-a-cup auto pause, dual water window, 2-hour shut off and lift and clean filter basket. -Corwin

Normal price for this one seems to be around $25-30 so this seems like a insanely good deal.

Yep. I like to take a thermos full of coffee to work. Can't do that with a keurig lol.

For a casual coffee drinker, this is a very good purchase. Use regular ground coffee, it is much cheaper than k-cups. K-cup brewers are much more expensive. This can also be used for warming water without making coffee.

Nice option to have if your water has a bad taste.
Like you say you can not use it. I would not as our water is great.

Cheapest I have seen. I got a Toastmaster for $5 but not programmable. I just needed the pot. That model is known to grow mold so just will use the pot.

sorry to ask that but I have never had a coffee maker before. What kind of coffee should I buy for it? I see in the markets k-cup sth like that? Are they suitable for this coffee maker?

You won't be able to use kcups on this. Not very good reviews on this. I would wait for a good deal on a kcup brewer.

read the reviews on amazon. From the sounds of it, its noting but a POS.

BTW, honestly has anything good come out of newegg? Id say no, save ur 8 dollars and get some starbucks instead.
Agreed, save your money. I just ordered this one from Amazon for $40. BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Programmable Ombré Coffeemaker [amazon.com] I'm kind of taking a chance on this as there are only a few reviews for the glass carafe version. 1200 watts so I'm hoping the brew temp is nice and hot. I can always return it if it sucks. Peace
