I agree it's vague, I think you submit proof of the V30 or V30+ and for example an LG TV at $400 and thats how you max out this rebate. Good for someone that wants a new phone and tv very soon. I added the terms and conditions pdf to the OP.

The below contains the actual information.

As per the link, you can buy 1 V30 or V30+ from Authorized dealer and another LG device (from Authorized dealer) more than 400$. Then apply rebate AFTER 15 days and BEFORE 45 days. Finally you will receive a 400$ Visa card after 6-8 weeks.

Not sure why this had two thumbs down because it's not a bad deal IF you were looking at the v30 already. That said, you would have to come up with $1200 out of pocket to make this deal work ($800 for the phone and $400 for the TV) and then wait for the GC back from LG. It says it should take 6-8 weeks for processing in the email that I got. I'm willing to bet that the carriers will be pumping out a much better deal than this on Black Friday for a struggling handset like the V30. In fact, the BOGO deals on it that are around are actually a better value, though most of them use bill credits - which suck.

Still, good post, but probably not a deal that most will take advantage of.

Buy one get one at T-MOBILE but then you have to start and potentially pay for months of service while you wait for the prepaid card to arrive. That's how most of carrier ones turn good deals into mediocre deals

This should stack with T-Mobile BOGO BF deal which makes it pretty damn smoking hot.

$120 a month while you wait plus the taxes on both means you are close to $2400 before you get $1200 in cards back in the mail.

$800+$800+$400+ taxes and potentially $120 a month for T-MOBILE service

I am talking about people who are already on T-Mobile. Adding another line is additional $20 for me.

That's what I was thinking - might take the sting off the ONE plan service requirement for 8 weeks for those who don't plan to keep the service.

Where's the extra $400 coming from? You can't just buy two phones for the deal to work? A second phone doesn't qualify as 'Second LG Product'?

Terms: "...and one (1) additional qualifying LG product from LG's mobile, home electronics, or home appliance ("Second LG Product")"

$800+$800+taxes+$240 [8 week's service] = a bit under $2,000 less $1,200 Refund cards = ~$800 for the two phones. Basically covers service and taxes (if you're fast/lucky) on the BOGO.

Honestly still meh unless you plan on keeping Tmobile service. LG does not hold value, as seen with the $120 G6.

True, so perhaps $500 each plus a free 50" is pretty good for existing T-MOBILE customers

So If we buy two v30s from tmobile, would the second v30 be considered "another LG product" or we still need to buy something other than a v30? Thanks.

Good question. Use the second phone for both rebates and forget the TV to get $1200 back after spending $1600+tax?
