Wife received the email; I did not. It is tied to the ebay account received, so you have to login to the account that received it. My wife receives these offers all the time; I use it under her account, and that's the ONLY activity eBay ever sees under her account. Maybe that's the trick to be targeted (since my own account never gets them!)

Aren't you limited to 2 paypal accounts, one personal and one business?

I swear to god I have NEVER qualified for any ebay/paypal select emails. I've had 2 accounts for 15+ years and glancing at my email archives, yep, I don't see any (I flag emails with codes, promos, etc.)

Luck to those that do get them. I'll patiently wait for my sitewide $15 off $75 code.....

FYI, these offers are for people who opted for email advertisement and who don't regularly use their paypal accounts. Create a paypal account, opt for email ads and don't use that account, you will soon be getting all these offers Wink

That's interesting, maybe I'll make a second PayPal account. But would it need to be linked to a different bank account or card so they won't know it's the same person?

The 15 off 75 codes are becoming uncommon now. After getting killed yet again for their earnings report, I think they're spending more money on TV advertising rather than taking hits on site-wide coupons.

I've been waiting for a month for a code so I can get a replacement tire and there's been nothing.

These are targeted and random. I got a bunch of $5 of $15 last month. 5 of my 8 PayPal accounts got it.
