How would they replace the functionality offered by the second screen? Shooting and flying in different directions in co-op was very useful.

I was an early Wii adopter, but never got on board with the Wii U. I just recently got a really good deal on a used Wii U and am trying to build a supply of the best games that I missed. Would this/these be a "must play"?

Too bad I got in on a Amazon deal @ $25.43 back in Sept. It didn't even have the Amiibo. :-(
I can't even return it now to get in on this deal.

$23 on amazon w/o amiibo is it really that much of a savings?

How is this game? Obviously I loved the original version on SNES but I heard this one is a bit of a pain. Can anyone confirm? Or are those reviewers just making something out of nothing?

Zero is a remake of SF64 which itself was a remake of the original. I'd say it's only a must have if you really like the idea of co-op Star Fox because that's where it shines. In single player it's difficult to get used to flying with the stick while aiming with gyro controls.

Read my reply below, but in short Zero is difficult to control and is essentially a remake of a remake.
