This is an excellent display, in fact I'm typing this using one that I bought on a slickdeal many months ago. It installs and works very well with windows.....just make sure your video card supports the resolution before you take the plunge.

Having said that, this is a refurb display....so one worries about pixel issues or why was it refurbed.

But the real reason not to jump on this is that the HP Omen is going on sale at Costco for BF...$249.99 new. The omen has a slightly better refresh rate.

Hmm not sure why the description on newegg says ips then wva panel? I'm guessing its the same va one that was $200 from eBay recently. I think the monitor is great as long as you don't need to swivel/height adjust, and refurb looked brand new. Am also able to get 70hz with freesync out of the box

just got this monitor from the $199 ebay refurb and it came brand new looking (fingers crossed). So far I love it - mind you, i don't game at all so can't say much in that regard.
