Lowes Applicances Deals

Here is probably a great deal if someone is planning to buy multiple appliances during this Black Friday. I hope someone can chime in and make it better before I pull the trigger in next couple of days.

This combines following rebates/coupons:
Lowes 10% OFF

GE APPLIANCES REBATE - Upto $1200
http://www.geappliances.com/ge/re...pe_1200reb
$400 - Buy any 4 eligible appliances
$500 - Buy any 5 eligible appliances
$600 - Buy any 6 eligible appliances
Plus, receive a bonus when select built-in appliances are purchased:
$200 - Built-in wall oven
$200 - Built-in cooktop
$200 - Built-in refrigerator

Lowe's Rebate
https://www.lowes.com/pdf/48235_B...s:Pct_Off:
Purchase 2 Appliances = $50 Purchase 3 Appliances = $100 Purchase 4 Appliances = $200 Purchase 5 Appliances = $300 Purchase 6 or more appliances = $500 Offer valid on major appliances starting $396 or more (before taxes, and installation, delivery or extended protection plan fees, if any) including stock and special order.

Lowe's 11% Rebate
I am not counting on this, but that would make it sweeter.

The trick is to find those that qualify for the Bonus rebates from GE.

Here is a sample package that I plan to buy.

Model# Description Price
GDT695SSJSS Dishwasher $599
JGP5030SLSS cooktop $699
JT5500SFSS Double Oven $1,699
PVM9215SKSS Microwave $449
Total $3,446

$3101 after 10% Off

Here are the applicable rebates
GE Rebate 4 appliances $400 + $400 Bonus
Lowes Rebate 4 appliances $200

The above comes to about $2101+Taxes before the 11% rebate (hoping it goes through)

There are cashback websites that give upto 4%. I am not sure which one would be most reliable one.

Assuming all of them will go through and even without 11% rebate, this is heck of a deal for those who need it.

Good Luck!!!

Hey op. I'm looking at buying appliances too. But I felt the Costco appliances deal is much better and cheaper. They have an LG or Samsung black stainless kitchen suite for $2699 including installation too. With taxes I get that at ~$2840. Lowe's with install for me for the same package with 10% off came at $3265 including taxes. Another big plus is that Costco gives 2 year manufacturer warranty and if you use their Citi card you get 4 years in total. So much better deal i feel. Also please note that lowes told me they cannot combine the 10% with any other discount or rebates. could be ymmv

I'm looking for a bunch as well- fridge, gas range, dishwasher.. have been watching. Not impressed with the GE pricing. Certainly not impressed with the reviews on GE appliances, and I think Samsung and LG may be a better deal at some point next week. I am banking on the current Lowes "black Friday" sales not actually being the lowest. I hope anyway.

One of the reviews at Costco noted that with the $79 extended warranty it brings the warranty to 6-7 years. (with the citi card) the items I was looking at were fairly similar in price to Lowes and HD. The difference was the extended warranty.. thanks.

i thought the extend warranty is from the date of purchase so costco policy is after the manufacture's expired? I kind of doubt it , but it sounds very good compared to lowes 5 years and its 109

You sure that you get credit for the bonus appliances toward the # that you buy. I am thinking you get credit for two with the bonus items being separate. Just wanted to point that out before you commit.

I'm not knocking the deal but would say I have always found Lowes to be higher than some appliance stores and they don't always carry the more affordable models. So sometimes their discounts are not as dramatic as they appear. On top of that places like P.C Richards in the East Famous Tate in the South and other like stores will give heavy discounts on multiple appliance buys you just have to ask and be ready to buy. Sears in my experience at times can beat them all if you are making a purchase of multiple appliances.

The only challenge is we don't have Costco in our state (AR).

The exact wording is "Plus, receive a bonus when select built-in appliances are purchased:". Thanks for pointing out though.

Wording on the fine print of the first paragraph from the GE site states:

"Purchases from Lowe's are not eligible for this
rebate promotion."
