i've seen this before and the reason i didnt get it is because of a design issue that can be summarized below, from one of the reviews...

" The one downside is that it partially covers the other outlet. If you have it on the bottom one, you can't plug a grounded cable into the top outlet. Seems like a silly design mistake in an otherwise great product." ...
