What is the resale going to be on these in a few years? $100? I am sure they are fine guitars, but its like they can't give them away right now.

I hate things that cannot keep their market values. Especially for an instrument that will last for years.

I have one of these but I know a Fender acoustic isn't likely to retain a lot of value...most mass produced guitars these days won't. If you're worried about the value, I'd pass on this one.

If your concern isn't resale value but obtaining the best solid acoustic guitar for the price, specifically for playing, then this is a fantastic deal. I'd rather play one of these than a $450 Martin.

In the fact, the sound is just so so. Reviews on YouTube are not impressive as well. Thin sound to me. Maybe I should try it at guitar center

You're right, they have the LX1 for $349. That's a great deal, comes with a travel bag too.

I'm seriously interested in getting PM-3. I want a smaller/thinner guitar than dreadnought with cutaway. Do you think there is a better guitar than this one at this price?

I bought my lx1e from sam ash at the price of $379 + tax. I also witnessed the online price of $349 for lx1e.

Loud sound from a tiny body. But, it is not easy to play. The strings are too tight.

Geez Adorama, I bought this guitar less than a month ago for $450. Not that it isn't a nice guitar, but come on.

I ordered last month and that one had a case included. These don't appear to. $50 for a case is arguably a better deal.
