Our one simple plan starts with the Fi Basics for $20/month. It includes unlimited domestic talk and text, unlimited international texts, Wi-Fi tethering to use your phone as a hotspot, and access cellular coverage in 135+ countries and destinations.

I didn't see a topic on this, new networks, specific phones only:
'These devices are the first smartphones that support our network of networks. They work with the Project Fi SIM card, which supports multiple cellular networks, and have a state-of-the-art cellular radio tuned to work across network types.'

Op, what is new about this? This has always been around. I wish phones weren't so limited.

Been around for a few years at that exact same price. How is this a slickdeal?

And the service sucks with tons of bugs and issues. I was on Fi for 4 months and then changed back to Verizon due to all the problems. And lots of their claims on switching networks just isn't true.

It's very premature. I wouldn't recommend it.

Where do you live? Everyone I know with Fi loves it and has no issues.

I also have no issues. Only issue I have is my 6P slowly taking a dump.
