Home Depot has a 50V cordless push lawn mower for $349. ($150 off) This looks like a good deal. Anyone has this? Thoughts?

It has great reviews. Im not in the market for the mower but just got a good deal on the Ego trimmer on ebay and now watching for good deals on the blower and hedge trimmer.

I have the 2001 model, which I believe is the same mover with 4AH battery. Paid $399 for the mover + trimmer. Love it.

It was $299 on a one day sale a bit back, but I paid $349 for mine and I think it's a great mower. Assuming you have a smaller yard and can mow on a single charge (my yard is about 8000sf) and don't mind pushing (my yard is flat so I don't mind at all) then I think you'd love how quiet and convenient it is (being able to just let go to pick up a piece of trash you spot then start right back with the push of a button is great). Also the folding feature is wonderful to just stand it next to the wall in my garage.

I have the 21" ($350 3 months ago). It is supposed to be better than this one. It is adequate, but not as good as a decent gas powered. But it is more pleasant to use.

Unless you need one now, I would wait. I would be shocked if the prices don't get better.

I had this 20" and liked it overall, but saw a big difference in power when I upgraded to the 21" SP model. The motor is around twice the wattage, so even if I get lazy and wait too long between mows it's still not a problem.

If you have a smaller yard, these battery powered ones are the way to go for sure.
