You might have to wait until you get the letter or you could call and see if they can provide more information. Maybe they can explain the process of getting approved with the fraud alert on.

Have you considered freezing your credit? I believe it is free if you are the victim of identity theft ( I assume you are because of 90 day fraud alert). It's a little bit of a pain to unfreeze credit if you want to apply for something but it is a more effective of protecting yourself.
