NOT HD

"800x480 native resolution"

HD Support is a sneaky BS description that simply means you can plug an HD source into it. You can plug in your freaking 4k player into this for all they care; it'll still spit out a garbage quality 480 picture.

800x480 native resolution

That means that it will reduce your 1080p source by more than half. It also means it will look terrible at more than about 20" if you have decent eyes. 2600 lumens means that the garbage image quality will be bright enough in a room that's not well lit.

Nope. Nothing in the sub $100 price range is any good.

Sub $100, most of these are same with different brand names. They perform ok, nothing special.

I had one of these over a year ago. first one came broken and when I got a replacement the image quality was awful and the brightness was pathetic. no way this thing is 2600 lumens. I had another projector 8 years ago that was 2000 lumens that was way brighter then this one was. Trust me and spend the money on some thing better. I got a Hitachi 720p projector after that one and I'm loving it.
