I wish I waited for this, I'm stuck with the first model that can't pass through HDR so I have to use a HDMI switch box which is stupid.

Thanks for the reply. Anyone know if when playing with dual shock you can look around with controller instead of head movement?

The Skyrim bundle comes with the move controllers so that's probably a fun way to play it. Looks like you have a lot of movement. Although you'd want to move more with your head than with controls since using controls can cause motion sickness. I mean if you look left and you control the camera to look right vomit.
Here is gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e...1w&t=2697s

Also I recommend a PS4 Pro for PSVR, it does help. I guess it depends on the game but some look so much better on the Pro. Resident Evil 7 is more smooth with better anti-aliasing and the sides aren't as blurry/dark, much more pleasant on the Pro.

Most games, like RIGS, give you an option to control the movement like that with in game options. So from my experience with my PSVR there are choices

You have to look with your head in the game. Head movement is with your head, not the controller. You can turn with the controller stick. Trust me, you DON'T want head movement with the stick where you don't move your head at all. When a game takes away camera (head) moment from the player it is very nauseating.

Good to know. The reason i ask is I have a lot of back and neck issues (I'm pushing 50 years old) and the head movement of a wide range constantly wouldn't work for me.

I received a Target Black Friday email today (well, another one) and followed the "deals for gamers" link to find that the PS VR they advertise as a Door Buster is already available on their web site for $199.99. I was able to order one. REDCard holders get free shipping as always. I didn't see it posted here so thought I'd share.

It's very possible that all of their Black Friday deals are live now, or at least the gaming deals, but I just checked the PS VR as I've been eyeing it since it came out and had planned to try to snag one online on Thursday (or, gasp, in store, if the mood struck me!)

Hope this helps someone...

But isn't that how every videogame (non-VR) works? In any regular non-VR game, your head movement isn't tracked; aiming/looking is entirely controlled by the analog stick.
