Help finding a decent desktop for spreadsheets, internet and editing tube videos

Need some help finding a decent desktop for home use. Ideally it will support two ( existing ) monitors.there are a bunch at Tigerdirect that look decent. I do not mind refurbish. I would like to add a SDS drive to boot from if possible. Maybe in the $400-$700 range. Can also wait to Black Friday/ cyber Monday to pull the trigger. Have no clue to what chip I should be looking at.

TigerDirect has a bad reputation, so you may want to check elsewhere. NewEgg is great, and PcPartPicker.com is where many folks go to build their own system.

A few follow up questions:

1. Windows or Mac?

2. How long is the typical video that you edit?

3. What video editing software do you use?

4. How many browser tabs/windows do you typically have open at once? Do you also have other programs (non-browser) running at the same time?

In general, a discrete graphics card will improve video editing times and rendering.

Check out this build guide on PCPartPicker to get a better idea: https://pcpartpicker.com/guide/gR...ming-build or this one https://pcpartpicker.com/b/B44qqs

Thanks!
I am a windows guy, the videos are under 20 mins and pretty basic, I use the win movie right now. I generally keep 3-4 tabs open, 2-3 programs
