Yes, should be new. I've also been to 6th Ave Electronics before when I lived in NY 4 years ago. It's been around for a while now. But it's also Overstock.

great camera for low light and underwater (with enclosure). Iffy with anything with action or movement.

Really great videos as well, but note a 5minute max for 4K and it overheats after extended use (> one 5m clip) in hotter areas.

Thanks for the feedback. Is there an option to only record 1080p. Will the camera overheat at that setting?

Yes. That's what I always record at. 4k file sizes are way too big.
