I've had two zotac cards and no issues.

But i don't think a 1070ti is worth near 1080 prices.

No tax makes this a great deal even if their model selection is limited. I've purchased from this store before too and had no issues but it was during the Radeon HD 5000 / GTX 400 time frame. Went ahead and picked up the EVGA SC version, figured they'll have to drop near the $400 range at Newegg or Amazon to cover the taxes I saved from this one.

Living in Ca, I'll prob pick up a 1080 through focus camera, adorama, or where ever I can dodge the taxes.
Then I'll sell my 1070. Hopefully the upgrade won't be costly.
I've seen somewhat of an image improvement with 4k over 1440p, on my ks8000 tv, but not as much as going from 1080p-1440p.
Anyways, it'll be nice to be able to play at decent frame rates @ the highest resolution.

Bought the flagship 1080ti amp extreme and the card is unstable at stock speeds. When I downclocked the card by 50mhz as asked by zotac customer support. It works fine. All in all customer care is crap. I'd go with another brand if I ever had another chance. Never again zotac.

I picked up a 970 Zotac card on amazon warehouse over a year ago and OC'ed it. It has been running fine to this day. I was nervous on the brand name but enough people have bought them them that I would do it again. Just my 2 cents.

Sweet find, thanks!

I've purchased at least 2X of every 1070 ti GPU {for mining} available on the open, U.S. market to-date!

That said; I've discovered my Zotac Mini 1070 ti's have oddly been the best work-horses of THEM ALL! This statement shines brightest when/after you overclock the memory and core clock and also under-volt it. My guess is that it's most efficient in this capacity due to it being so small(?) and not needing to draw as much power to spin the fans, as all 1070 ti's used for mining (when modified to most optimal speed and power consumption rates*) don't really generate much of any heat at all since the operators are reducing the power draw down to (circa) 60%, thus rendering 'overkill' heat sinks and fans pointless for this application. Every penny counts when expanding a mining operation and being able to shave a few on this workhorse is an awesome discovery, thanks a bunch OP!
