I did the free trial before ending my cable service this year. The basic PlayStation Vue service had 90% of what I watched on cable and having Amazon Fire TV and Firesticks made operation easy with their remotes. I have multiple Playstation game systems, but heard that it was much easier to use the Amazon devices with their remotes to control the PlayStation Vue, which it is very easy with them. Pair your remotes with Sideclicks and you basically have one remote you need to keep track of. The basic service went from $29.99 to $39.99, but I think its still worth it. Any shows I cant watch on the Playstation Vue I download the apps on the Fire devices or watch it through Kodi (with VPN running). I also have the Playstation Vue service on 3 tvs and can run all of them simultaneously, with multiple computers and tablets running, no problem with a 50/20 internet service.

I've been using Vue for several months now. Excellent service and definitely worth checking out. My only complaint is the DVR only saves shows for a month, but otherwise I have no real issues.

A month is a deal breaker for me. I have shows from more than 3 years ago archived on Dish external DVR.

Just click the Paypal option - it didn't even take me to the PayPal login screen ↵

I tried with my TorGuard VPN and at first it gave a message that says I'm outside my home network and that I'd need to use the Vue mobile app and gave an error code. After pressing ok it started the Vue with the VPN running. I don't use a VPN normally with it, just with Kodi so At&t doesn't hassle me.

I thought it would be more of an issue for me, but it really hasn't been. I still have shows from 3+ years ago that I recorded with WMC, but I haven't had the desire to go back and watch them yet. I did have to buy one episode off Amazon since my wife and I waited more than a month to start catching up, but it was $3 to grab the missing episode.
It will also store the episode again anytime there's a rerun, so it's not like it always goes just one month from the original air date.

I used the free trial & it never worked. It was always just "loading" through both my PS4 & PS3. At the end of the trial the still decided to charge me even though I cancelled it. It took an hour long call to customer support to get it fixed. Not worth it for me.

Awesome! Perfect timing as I canceled my cable yesterday and was going to sign up for the 7 day trial today anyways. I'll take an extra 7 for free any day. The service so far has been great, no issues at all and beautiful picture quality. Thanks OP, and repped!

Can the trial be easily cancelled online prior to being charged? Or it a hassle requiring me to call them and they try to make you keep it, etc?
