I've been watching this for awhile and finally decided bite on this. It looks like prices have dropped further.

Use HOLIDAY10 to get an additional $10 off. If someone knows a better coupon code I'll update and be grateful that you shared it with us too.

Edit: Credit to JonathanH4988. Looks like you can try BFCM5 for $60 off. So potentially $1139 + F/S + tax. I tried putting it in the cart, but got an error message, but things might change.

Not sure why is the negative voting. This is one of the all time cheapest price available for this laptop for the highest end model. Please don't negative vote without reason.

On the other side of the coin,IMO I think it is one of the best brands around these days
I might be wrong, what was the break turn for your family if I may ask?

This is interesting combo of specs. I think that the 1050 is severely under powered to utilize the 4K screen. Id buy this if it was 1080p for $900 and ideally a 1050ti or 4K screen with a 1060.

Black Friday purchases last year were delayed till mid to late January and canceled numerous times. Hours upon hours spend online and on the phone with CS for 2+ months.

This is not a gaming laptop. This is equivalent to a Dell XPS 15, which also comes with 1050 and optional 4K screen. The GPU is here for mainly acceleration for tasks like Video and photo editing. The added benefit over a XPS 15 with similar configuration is the price and 2-in-1 design with Active Pen support. It gives digital artists and content creators a huge bonus. in fact, I am typing from this laptop now, purchased from Best Buy @ 1250 and bever regretted it.
The 1080P version also exists and deal price with 8GB Ram and 256GB is around $950.

Is this laptop heavy? I seem to see a few reviews saying this is too bulky/heavy to be a solid 2-in-1. Thoughts?

Is that 1gb of RAM only for the graphics card a typo? That seems really low.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 2GB for Lenovo 80X7001VUS
By comparison Dell XPS 15 9560 Touch has NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1050 with 4GB GDDR5
