No offensive to OP, but I really don't understand how Apple define pro laptop with only 128GB storage.

Last time I bought the MacBook pro from 6Ave. They updated tracking next day and waited 30 days to ship it out so that I can't return it. Totally ridiculous.

Let's be real. This is mostly going to be a $1000 facebook machine for most people.

MSRP $1299 - B&H $1149

OK deal if you're in the market for entry level MBP.

Yeah doesnt look too bad, but for more pro work this wouldnt be sufficient enough for high end photo and video editing right?

The low read write speeds of the 128gb drive should disqualify this for anything but basic entry level.

this obviously isn't enough for true pro users, but for people who want a great laptop for school / work / travel this is a great deal. especially when using iCloud, it will make the built in storage go a lot further.

Correct. It's for those who would be fine with a Air but want the Pro and use the cloud.

Photo editing may be okay on this but video would be limiting.
