I am on the lookout for a good Windows 7 computer. Was looking to spend around $250, is this worth the extra $100 for the monitor? or should I but a PC and separate monitor?

I personally would never buy a computer like this. If something goes wrong good luck trying to fix it. I would much rather have a tower that's easy to work on and add ssd graphics card, ECT.

I got an AIO this year. No more wires going everywhere, starting a dust colony, etc. Only thing I may do is replace HDD with an SSD if there's a great deal.
If space is an issue, AIOs are worth serious considerations. More powerful and ergonomic than laptops too.

That works for you. For everyone else, look out for outlet deals at Dell and Lenovo. You can pick up a good unit for a decent price. I paid $300 for mine and when the Reaper comes, I'll get an upgrade and donate the old one to "science".
