Really want the Android 1 version on Google fi. But these deals are tempting! These updates will be managed by Motorola/Lenovo, right?

Just bought this a couple of week ago for $399 but had $50 gift card with it. Wonder if they'll price match?

This one's a newer "upper" mid-range SoC, released in 2017 (about six months old). It seems to perform about on par, maybe slightly ahead of the Snapdragon 810 in some tests for those into synthetic benchmarks.

Apparently I got the right guy on chat. Credited me back $65 even though I specifically asked during the process about the $50 gift card I had already received. Praise the Lord!

Yep, would have been happy with the $10 and different in taxes, but that's gravy on top! Especially since I saved $120 on the gift cards I used to buy the phone with (found a guy on CL selling $450 in cards for $330).

It's also available at B&H Photo for $339. Not sure when it expires.
