Was considering this till I read a few reviews about the image retention issue (kinda like plasma temp image retention ). Think I'll investigate it more before I pull the trigger .

43" is probably too big for my desk too. But we'll find out in a week or so! It's a bedroom desk so I figure with a monitor this big it can double as a tv. Smilie

LG doesn't have ghosting or burn-in as far as I know, but it uses PWM. All existing 43" monitors have issues.

Was just gonna ask if it was the same panel as this deal:

Everything on paper seems like it's the same. LG has more ports by a hair.

Will Newegg allow returns without restocking fees and shipping fee if there is a ton of yellow light bleeding?

The LG can display 4 separate inputs at once with the Picture By Picture feature (splitting to 4 screens). Does this Acer have the same capability?

wow, when I took mine from the CA microcenter before the weekend there were 10 in stock, now only 3. Make me wonder I should have taken 2 while at it.

I love this monitor and the price.

Just snagged one for $404 with 3 day newegg shipping and 0% tax in Illinois. Couldnt be happier with purchase. Thanks OP!

I am switching from a 40" Wasabi Mango UHD 400 4k monitor that has a VA panel (paid $750 in 2016), the difference in image quality switching to IPS is what has me most excited.

Edit: Now shows as out of stock
