Foresee any problems if the unit isn't installed at the home of the account holder?

Technically the rebate requires you to install in the residence you have service with GA Power. They will not be knocking on your door to check though. I read through a lot of the reviews and it seems like they run this sort of promo once a year maybe. During the last promo one reviewer even stated they bought two for their son. That would be breaking the rules of the rebate 😂.

They have this same package Ecobee4 deal plus some LED bulbs for the same price. I went for the Gen3 Nest thermostat with free google home mini for $150. I have a Trane XL20i and have replaced the Trane thermostat a couple times already. It's under warranty but I'm looking for a smart thermostat that's a lot easier to program. Hope the unit still dehumidifies the AC air in the summer with this thermostat.
Picked up a dozen LED light bulbs as well for around $34 after instant rebate. Gonna give them a shot and see how they compare to CFL.
