I agree... It is missing some features of the Google Home devices, and it's twice as much as the Mini. Portability can add some price, but $100 is a bit much.

Yeah, I was debating on getting one. It's $65 after the discount but I could get almost 2 home minis on sale for that. I like that it's portable, can be used as a Bluetooth speaker, and is splash proof but is it worth premium over the home mini? Also aren't certain things limited to first party google assistant products?
