Mine would be one with highest cash back and no annual fee. I'm looking for resources to find that. Thanks!

Citi Double Cash gives 2% on all purchases (1% when you buy and 1% when you make a payment). Citi's Price Rewind is probably the easiest to use. When you buy something with the card, you search for it on https://www.citipricerewind.com/ and upload a copy of your receipt and they watch for price drops automatically and reimburse you when the time period runs out. Other price protection programs require you to find evidence of a lower price elsewhere and call in to request reimbursement.

Discover and Citi don't exclude Black Friday deals from their price matching but Discover recently added Computer Components to their list of exclusions which is a bummer.

Doctor of Credit has a pretty awesome comparison of the various options: https://www.doctorofcredit.com/pr...astercard/

Be aware that price protection has cracked down a lot lately because of treturn fraud. The unfortunate side effect is that the process is getting harder for legitimate claims too. It's often not worth it, and I'm referring to both citi and discover. I'm not saying don't do it-- just an FYI for you to evaluate when you are trying to decide if you want to buy something and use price protection.

Citi Double Cash gets my vote. Discover is a pain in the ass and takes forever to process submissions.

I am thinking of making a camera purchase using the citi double cash card and take advantage of the price protection using one of the Brooklyn/NJ based bait-and-switch websites for lower price.
Looking through citi's site, I only see the price rewind [citipricerewind.com]option which seems to imply that they will track the price movement and do a rewind instead of us submitting a pointer to the website. Has any one been successful in getting a price rewind using above stores for reference lower price?

You can submit a claim for any store you'd like via the dedicated website. https://www.citipricerewind.com/

Is there any Amex card that still offers price protection? They used to do that around 10 years ago.
