KitchenAid Artisan 5qt Tilt-head Stand Mixer $238

Bed Bath & Beyond is offering $100 off KitchenAid Artisan Tilt-head 5qt stand mixers in ***ALL THE COLORS ***
Price is $279.99 - 20% OFF = $238.55 with free shipping

Using a cashback site like Coupon Cabin can knock another $5 off this price. $233

This is the cheapest price than I could find for all the colors. There are deals out there for $199, but they are for one specific color. This is better than the Target deal from last week.

The Pro 6qt version is way better from Costco at $250 or less.

Apples and Oranges. Some people don't want the Pro version. It's worse at smaller quantities such as whipping 1 cup of cream. It's also a few inches higher which makes it not fit under many people's top cabinets. This is the best deal for this version. It's the strongest mixer in this size format.

It is not just the size...but built quality. Just spend a few minutes reading the difference between Pro 6qt versus Artisan 5qt. You will see the inside working are metal based, not plastic.

Dude! I already know that. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) Why don't you spend some time thinking about products a little more nuanced than A is better than B? What good is a metal gear version if it doesn't fit on my counter?

Regardless, I thought this site was about reporting deals, not comparing different products. Plenty of comparison blog posts to educate consumers on which model they should get. No need to repeat widely available info. If a Pro version works better for you, knock yourself out with the Costco deal. This is the best deal on an Artisan 5qt model in all the colors right now.

Agreed. After looking into a few reviews, I decided to go with the 5 qt artisan, which suits a family of 2 better.

Regarding this threads specific model, if you are willing to wait out the rebate and value Kohls cash, then the Kohls deal seems better at $340 less $51 using 15% off (SAVEBIG15) = $289 - $60 mail in rebate = $229. You also earn $75 of kohls cash and 289 Yes2You reward points which is ~$15.

I view my cash price as $340 - $51 (promo code) - $60 (MIR) - $10 (Discover cash promo) = $219.

Since I shop at Kohls for other items, my total net price is $219 - $75 (KC) - $15 (Y2U) = $129.

Edit: I should add that Bed, Bath and Beyond purchases aren't eligible for the rebate. They are basically fronting you the rebate savings but you don't earn rewards like at Kohls.
