The processor has a built in GPU right? I'm looking for a fast everyday PC with no need for gaming. (Parents) Would it be overkill to sell the GPU and buy an SSD? Should I wait for a better matching deal?

Look for Acer tc-780 ur17. That would probably suit they're needs better. You can always upgrade it if needed. I bought mine for $500. Might be cheaper now.
edit: this would do as well https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/10869575

Usually people who over spend on over priced Dell or apple products have to rag on everything else to justify their ignorance

If it's an Acer, you can assume no warranty.

I've had a terrible time trying to warranty a laptop that broke, basically they kept sending it back broken and I ate a lot of shipping fees before giving up and writing off the laptop. I can't even imagine the headache in trying to RMA a desktop.

For the components included this is a good deal, just know the warranty is worthless.

For the guy harping on Dell - they've always taken care of me warranty-wise even if I had to chase them down a few times. Acer is just impossible.

Not putting down Dell. You pay for that warranty for sure though. I haven't had any trouble with Acer warranty. But, it's always different for everybody I guess
