Here is a review from Tom's hardware.

Personally, I think its performance suffered slightly due to the attached water reservoir and pump, restricting airflow for one of the fan. But because of this configuration, you could potentially add another loop for other components like a GPU.

I had one of these when they were new, the 220x. Worked great...while it worked. Died in the first month with no warning till my PC crashed due to hitting the thermal limit. Swiftech has a high rate of failures with their AIOs for some reason. For the 220x it is sometimes the pump itself that dies, sometimes its the wiring "harness." The reservoir does not inhibit airflow in any meaningful way, certainly not in any measurable way when mounted in a standard form factor case.
Worth the money? Probably, if you get one that doesn't die. Worth the risk? YMMV.

Purchased one H140 .. Mini ITX build .. wanted to air cool but no real good option due to height issues in case. At this price i would I think this 140mm All In One its a better option than a traditional 140mm Concealed Unit.
