Definitely a sale but hard to pull the trigger when Walmart had it for 21 a little while back

I think the difference is those were the older Z-Wave units, these are the model that replaced them and use Z-Wave Plus. Personally I'm with you and would rather just pick up the older ones if they were still available, but stock is pretty much gone.

if you apply lowes coupons and take advantage of the 11% rebate going on it does bring them down to almost $25

These are the z wave plus while the walmart was just regular z wave. With that said I dont really notice any difference between the two.

Lowes order for store pickup is terrible. Long lines, incompetent people working a system they can't use, and then they return your product to stock after 10 days with no warning.

I understand. However, along with what everyone else said.... The Walmart deal was very YMMV, a clearance item.

That being said, Amazon recently had them for around $30. So this deal is only good if you can take advantage of coupon stacking.

Yep that was a deal! Only got one switch though Frown Just finished installing the 3-way switch at home last night. I'm hoping the price drops again, already have 10 switches replaced in my home (not counting the 3-way/4-way add-ons). I still have about 5 more to go. I love these things, just cost a little bit.

This is the best price I've seen for the zwave plus if using lowes coupon. Still adds up... In some regards 50 bucks is expensive for a 3 way, but in other regards some people pay thousands for a 3 way. Oh well.

Where are these Lowes coupons you keep alluding to, and why aren't they included as part of the deal link/detail?

Thank you for a little needed levity on this BF season. I laughed hard - deft touch with "oh well".

Does this truly not require a neutral wire?
"Neutral Required X"
It has an 'X' for 'No' rather than a check mark for 'Yes'
If no Neutral is required, I'm all over these!
