Not sure about the website, but this is the lowest price I've seen, by far. Credit card use would provide protection, too.

Yes it would. Do you know what process stores use for price protection? The website mentions nothing of it being refurbished, either. Would Best Buy use this site, or do they have a list of "certified" price protection companies?

I think you are thinking of price match. PP is price protection. So if you bought this TV using your Discover, Chase Freedom, Citibank card, Amex like through a reputable place like beach camera or buydig. Then you can get back up to $500.

You will want to buy it at the lowest price possible from a reputable site who are an authorized seller.

You're confusing Price Protection (from a CC) with Price Match (from a retailer).
