I have had this for a year, got it same price last year. I really like the flexibility (A frame and extended style) and how it stores compactly. The locking mechanism is solid and leaves you confident in using the ladder. The only downside is that it is heavier than a small 3 foot "change-your-lightbulbs" type ladder (of course) so when you do those jobs you are carrying a bit more weight around the house.
