Because what's available to stream changes based on the contracts the company streaming has. Internet connectivity varies wildly from place to place in the US at least. Offline car use. Some are also quality junkies and streaming tends to make some compromises.

I checked out as guest and used PayPal. Order went thru and I got charged on PayPal but I haven't gotten a confirmation from Best Buy in my email yet.

Please don't flame me, I was just wondering why people buy "hard copies" these days when you can stream pretty much everything? Is there a difference in quality? Just really curious about it. Thanks in advance!

Disney is removing all their movies from Netflix next year in order to start their own streaming service. Buying a physical copy ensures you will always have the ability to watch it without subscribing to a volatile streaming service.

Because in this case, one also gets the digital for streaming, a DVD for the car, and a blu-ray for the grandparents' place. This makes it super convenient for entertaining young kids while also dealing with no-so-tech-savy grandparents. All of this for the price less than standard definition from VUDU.

Looks like you can only checkout as a guest. I tried logging into my account and during checkout, it makes you enter all your info.
