I3 vs i5. But some would say, fhd is far more value at this price point

Could be a stupid question but can any of these listed above edit 4k video taken by my Galaxy S8? This would be for an occasional travel video, nothing serious where I'm doing it all the time.

Some would say any Intel i3 or higher is a safer bet than AMD (A-xx series) in a laptop. The full HD is a noticeable upgrade in the Amazon one. Both should be upgraded to ssd as soon as the budget allows for it (!)
