This deal is actually hot because it's supposed to come with a free HP Mixed Reality headset worth $399. If you click on Save up to $400 on Combined Purchase under Special Offers on the product page, you're supposed to add both laptop and headset and the cost of headset should come up as free. However, it doesn't do that automatically. Call Best Buy CS and they will adjust that manually. I believe headsets are available at local store only, though, so you have to find a store with some stock.

Wow, that is a nice setup. Wished it came with a stylus.

This is a Best Buy BF doorbuster but showed up online around 8am this morning. Could find the original post but have since found it.

Specs list 2133mhz, but read that some actually get 2400mhz

What kind of workloads are so bandwidth-sensitive anyway? I can see the integrated GPU being affected little, but even doing memory-intensive computations, I haven't seen much difference between 2.1GHz and 2.4GHz memory.

Kind of strange that the original price for this laptop on Best Buy is $1599, while the same exact config is original price of $1499 at HP website.

This wasn't the case for the 13inch x360 deal Best Buy had that was on sale for $999. Original price at Best Buy matched HP's website at $1399.

So that deal really was $400 off, while this 15 inch one really is $300 off if you think about it.

Man, this looks good. Any web developers out there that can weigh in if this feels like it can commute/travel and still be powerful enough to multitask between productivity suites and IDEs?

Order at HP and have them do a price match. It'll come with a stylus. The Best Buy version does not come with a stylus
