Any price match deals here with Target or Kohl's? Kohl's cash could be a good deal

Target has these three colors for 250, you could potentially price match but you will not get $60 MIR as Target is excluded in the MIR form.

Seems like a great deal.. Any concern on Amazon model number as "KSM3311XFG" but rebate form says "KSM3311"?

XER is Red, XHT is Hot sauce, XFG is grey. I believe all the colors are available for MIR.

Is Amazon considered a "marketplace website"? If so, this deal is misleading because the $60 will not work with this deal.

I'm wondering the same thing. They exclude a lot of other major retailers by name. I'm hoping it only excludes Amazon Marketplace, the 3rd party re-sale arm of Amazon.

This item is directly shipped from Amazon and not a marketplace (third-party) seller. I would be thankful if a fellow SD'er can share their experience.

A friend of mine has this and to be honest I'd recommend stepping up a bit to really any of the normal mixers. In general these mixers aren't the best for thick dough (and not really for pasta either) but for whisking eggs, cookies/cakes, shredding chicken, regular bread, or mashed potato. Just a heads up if you were hoping to use this for more heavy applications (bread/potato/chicken/thick cookie dough). I think another friend got their artisan for about 200 last Black Friday and I got a refurbished Costco one off eBay for 150 or so and it's been going strong for last couple years.

PS: they all really do look beautiful in red

Agreed. 250 watts is pathetic for dough. Walmart had Cuisinart for ~$145 this summer with has 850 watts. And this Farberware has 600 watts and 2 yr warranty for $99.

Yep. That's why I stepped up to the Professional 5 Plus (has something like 425 Watts). For reference, these smaller Kithenaid Mixers uses plastic gears inside, whilst the bigger ones like the Professional 5 has metal gears.

Looking at the rebate closely, it clearly says "marketplace websites" are excluded. Amazon isn't a "marketplace seller", but Amazon is definitely a "marketplace website".
