$40 for stripped (non-blem) lowers. This is the cheapest I ever recall seeing them.

The next lowest price I remember for a new (non-blem) was at the grand opening of their Mt.P store where I picked one up for $50.

Cheapest price I've seen recently was for BLEMISHED lowers, which were $50 in March.

UPDATE 12/1: I just picked mine up and wow.. the anodizing is nice and the engraving is really sharp. Additionally, they have the threaded hole for a receiver tension screw, which is handy if you need it. They have the SCD prefix on the serials... Can't promise who finished them, but they are way nicer than my other PSA lowers.

By 'em cheap and stack 'em deep boys.. In 3 years you may regret passing this up.

FWIW, E-arms has had Aero Precision Gen 2 AR-15 lowers for under $50 with free shipping pretty consistently. I like the flared mag well on the AP Gen 2 ones myself. $47.49 each if you buy 2-8. $49.99 for one. $43.99 each if you buy 9 or more.

Do you mean the PSA ones, or any stripped AR lower?

Palmetto State Armory had a data breach in which users' accounts were fraudulently charged for gun purchases. Would be ok if the purchases were on unregulated items, but this is guns we're talking about. You could be charged fby the police or arming a militia or terrorists or whatever down the line. Would not trust PSA.

PSA branded lowers. I don't think they sell any others? But, sorry for the confusion.

Their lowers have been manufactured by Aero and FN (among others) in the past. Unfortunately, there's no way to tell until you see the serial number.
