dell refurbished has been always good for me. I might pick this up if I wasn't worried about the battery! it is 3 years old.

It is old and discontinued but the specs look interesting though.

Yeah my new from Dell XPS15 is permanently connected to the power cord after 3 years. If I buy this I want it for the portability.

This is one of my favorite laptop keyboards... Well the XPS from this Era. This model had a really nice screen and I think this is the one Linus from ltt left outside in a rainstorm and it still worked.

Warranty should cover battery even if it does have issues!

I had this one when it was still the newest model, and it's not a bad computer. Battery life was okay, usually around 3ish hours, but the 4th generation i7-u is going to be slow by modern i7 (and even i5) standards, however the 8gb of RAM will definitely help.

Considering what you'll get for $300 new, though, this computer will definitely be nicer.

It charges tax for a few states all the time. I am in one of these states, unfortunately.

The first and only time Michael Dell was ever out in front on anything. A marvelous machine.
