Return To Arkham (PS4 & XB1)- $5.98 @ Toys R Us - IN STORE ONLY

XB1: https://www.toysrus.com/product?p...d=94782826

The XB1 version has the store pickup option available online while the PS4 version does NOT. Not sure if ordering online would give you the in store clearance price or not though.

My closest store(Dickson City, PA) had 4-5 copies of the XB1 version of this but ZERO of the PS4 version. So YMMV as to whether or not your store(s) will have stock.

It's showing $19.99 for both. Am I missing something?

Edit: Never mind. Misunderstood description.

Oh... I see. Thought he meant available for in store pickup only.

I actually just bought this a month ago via PS Store for $12 because I didn't think it would drop any lower than that. Really wanted the physical copy though.

Best Buy is offering trade-in values of $13.25 for the PS4 version and $11.04 for XB1. If you can find them in stock, you could potentially make a substantial profit at these prices.

Barely 100% over price paid back in store credit is considered 'substantial'? LMAO I wouldn't even get out of bed for that 'profit'.Winknod

You're allowed 3 per title per platform per year at Best Buy. But even if you go exactly to that limit you run the risk of being banned for at least a year from doing trade-ins. Mind you, their trade in program is going down the shitter pretty quick. They never do trade in promotions anymore and they nuke the fark out of trade values when they do actually do the promos to the point where you get the SAME amount AFTER promo than you would before.

Plus they eliminated all their pre-owned stock in store. Yet the company refuses to admit their used game and trade-in experiments were a failure and completely stop the program altogether.

I don't have any experience trading with Best Buy, so I didn't know about these limitations. Thanks for the info.

I just checked BB, GameStop and Amazon and noticed that BB was offering the most.

Though for someone who plans on purchasing something from BB (or any retailer for that matter), store credit is just as good as money (even better if tax isn't charged). And 100% should certainly be considered a "substantial" return. Essentially, it results in one being able to purchase something from BB for 50% off; e.g. buying a $12 item by only spending $6 or $24 item for $12, and so forth. If half off isn't considered substantial, then I don't know what is.

Anyway, my store shows OOS, so not something I'll be bothering with.

That's one way to look at it I suppose. Mind you when I was still doing the game flipping thing regularly it wasn't unheard of for me to buy stuff for $.25-.50(some PSP games from Sears) and get $6-7 each at Gamestop.

So I got used to phenomenal returns and because I was doing it between multiple chains(Gamestop, Best Buy, Hollywood & Blockbuster Video when they existed) I was able to maximize my profit and stop using cash to buy stuff to flip back to X or Y place. Once you do that it's nicer to flip then.
