the biggest issue with instant tents is that since the poles are built in, once they break the entire tent goes in the garbage.

with a traditional shock pole tent, you can replace the poles when they break.

and honestly the 2 minute claim is a joke. in 2 minutes u have the tent upright, but that does not include any ground prep, staking the tent or putting on the rain fly. in reality this tent will save you about 15-20 minutes tops for the entire tent set up process beginning to end.

Honestly there's a place for these 'instant' tents. I've gone into a campsite in almost darkness and had an instant tent this big up within minutes even with setting up ground tarps, rainflies and accessories. The beauty is not having to keep track of like 30 different poles.

You're right though, once one breaks you're kind of SOL, but at $67 bucks, the value and convenience exceeds my expectations for instant tents.

How big is this when bagged up? Didn't see on the Walmart site. My only concern is being larger than a 10x10 instant canopy that barely fits in my car
