These are plug and play with Vera controllers. Ordered some last time, they work right out of the box.

The Visonic one does work with smartthings, but it is not very reliable. I had it reconnected twice in a few months.

Grabbed 2 motion sensors before I read a few posts up about how huge they are. Maybe I can find somewhere out of the way to install it. Trying to replace my somewhat unreliable Xiaomi motion sensors.

This is the lowest price that the motion sensor has been, not sure about the other product. It's well worth the money in my opinion.

Does the motion sensor have any lags? I had a few old monoprice ones that had a pretty bad lag
