As I understand it, it would be via Newegg (as they are the ones selling it, but via Ebay). In other words, I don't believe the fact that you make the purchase via Ebay matters, as the invoice / receipt will state Newegg.

At least that is how it worked for items I have bought off Ebay in the past via Newegg.

Thanks for the response does that mean I can register this under the original PlayStation 4 manufacturer warranty?

Sony serviced my PS Vita under warranty even thought it was purchased from an eBay seller. They're a fairly large seller that sells on other sites like Amazon and Rakuten as well. The receipt I provided didn't say eBay on it anywhere though.

Since Newegg is a well known retailer, I think you should be fine, but it would be best if you get a receipt with no mention of eBay on it. Just to be clear though, I'm not sure if buying from Newegg via eBay would even pose as a problem. It's just to be extra safe.

If you're interested in the included games and the advantages the Pro has over the standard PS4 and you won't be charged tax, then it's definitely a slick deal for you. But if you're anything like me and you aren't interested in those games and you will have to pay tax, it's not really that slick.

I don't know about the TV, but if there's a deal out there, it shouldn't be too hard to find with a little research.
