Very nice for light users who don't plan on gaming, video editing, or streaming 4k videos.

HDD is 7200 RPM instead of throwaway 5400 RPM.

Seems easy enough to upgrade with SSD and gfx card if needed.

Repped

Edit: Also, don't forget about the 5% cash back for Amazon Prime credit card users. Knocks price down to $380 pre-tax

Yes, and is a gamer/video editor/trader seriously going to buy this? No.

This PC is for light users. It'll last them a while for their web surfing and office task needs.

If it has only 2x SATA device support (Current HDD + CD-ROM), how would I add a SSD drive?

Throw a decent graphics card in and an SSD and this realistically could be used as a budget gaming pc, no? I'm fairly unfamiliar compared to a lot of you who scope these deals but the i5-7400 is semi-reasonable in this aspect, right?

Decent deal.. sell the HDD on eBay for 60 bucks. Replace with SSD.

Veterans can get this plus an extra 4 GB of RAM for the same price:

Not sure if it comes with a keyboard and mouse though. I'm thinking that it should since most of these desktop deals come with a kb/mouse

Considering this as a secondary computer that I would like to do some simple video editing on from family vacation videos. Is the i5 and extra ram that much better for this task for $100 extra?

anything else better than the $300 combo right now? (not sure if the extra $100 for an i5/16gb ram would help basic web browsing/emails and general grandma stuff)
