I'd buy a new red one for $99 over a used yellow one.

Used red ones are $60 on Ebay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Porter-C...2425425560

DeWalt, Porter Cable, Bostitch, etc. are all Stanley Black&Decker brands and there is very little appreciable difference between their pancake compressors.

I received a email that the seller had lowered the price on the refurb dewalt..... $86.99
That there was too good to pass up
I just hope the refurb process was a quality one!!

I have read and viewed about a problem with the DEWALT DWFP55126...... It seems like there has been a problem with it leaking from a fitting that holds the Hose from the motor to the tank..... It actually looks like a really easy fix (Pipe dope / teflon tape)..... so maybe that is why so many were returned....

The Porter Cable has been said by some to have some problems with the regulator and here are the Amazon ratings (507 reviews) 5 star - 65%, 4 star - 17%, 3 star - 6%, 2 star - 3%, 1 star - 9%

The Bostitch looks to be a fairly good compressor (Black and decker owns both Bostitch and dewalt and porter cable)... and is on sale for $80 new on amazon..... and has about the same ratings as the dewalt...

All-in-all, I paid $7 more for a refurb dewalt vs a new bostitch...... but I just feel that the dewalt is a better tool???
