I received email from SiriusXM with special offer, 12 months for $60. They've spammed me long and hard for their 6 month for $30, but who wants to dink around with calling every 6 months to do the "cancel me" dance with them. While essentially the same price less hassle. Offer shows for only inactive radios.

Offer Details: Activate a Select subscription and pay $60 for your first 12 months, a savings of 68% off the current monthly rate of $15.99, plus get free activation (an additional $15 savings). Fees and taxes apply. A credit card required on this offer. Service will automatically renew every month thereafter and, at the beginning of your 13th month, you will be charged according to your chosen payment method at then-current rates. To cancel you must call us at 1-866-635-2349. See our Customer Agreement for complete terms at www.siriusxm.com. All fees and programming subject to change. This offer cannot be combined with any other. Offer good only on your currently inactive radio, and expires at 11:59 PM ET on 12/31/17.

Same as the $30 for six months special that they have all the time. Just do that and call again in 6 months no biggie.

Or be like me and do the 'gmail' trick with a random email and get month after month of 30 day trials for the Sirius app. Now that's slick dealing.

Biggest gripe with SiriusXM is that "XM" units (chevy, Mazda, all new standalone radios) get XM Select which means no Howard Stern

Ford, Mercedes and older standalone radios are Sirius units and their Sirius Select includes Howard.

They charge the same price.

Yep...my Grand Cherokee doesn't get NFL Radio...its bullshit...I would have to have the higher priced plan for it.

I have a XM radio in my Infiniti and I thought that was the case. They tried to explain it to me, but the salesperson wasn't making sense. Thanks for confirming this.

I did find on groupon the all access package for 6 months for $50. Doesn't look like you need groupon. I might bite on that because I do want Howard Stern on my XM radio and not paying full price.
